The Police Department of Jefferson, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to and hosted delegates from Israel. Joe Wirthman has served as Chief of Jefferson Police Department since 2006. Chief Wirthman attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2011. In 2014, he became the 4th VP of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police (GACP), the same year the GACP named the Director of GILEE, Dr. Robert R. (Robbie) Friedmann, as the recipient of the Special Service Award. Additional Jefferson Police Department officials have attended trainings in Israel, and the department also hosted four high-ranking Israeli police officials in 2017.

The Police Department of Johns Creek, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Over the years, the department sent John Clifton, Reynolds "Ed" Densmore III, and Brian Weaver to train in Israel. Previously the Chief of Police for the City of Forsyth, Georgia, John Clifton has served as a Major of the Johns Creek Police Department since 2008. Major Clifton attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2007. Ed Densmore has served as Chief of Johns Creek Police Department since 2008. Chief Densmore attended a GILEE training in Israel in June 2010. His delegation met with Home Depot co-founder and CEO, Bernie Marcus, a major funder of GILEE. Brian Weaver has served as a Major of the Johns Creek Police Department since 2008. Major Weaver attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2011.

The Police Department of Kansas City, Missouri, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. In January 2003, senior law enforcement officials from Kansas City Police Department, along with others, traveled to Israel to attend a training on "Law Enforcement in the Era of Global Terror."

The Campus Police Department of Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Trudi Vaughan serves as Assistant Chief of the Kennesaw State University Police Department. She attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2007.

The Sheriff's Department of Kern County, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Donny Youngblood has served as Sheriff of Kern County since 2006. Sheriff Youngblood attended a training in Israel through AIPAC as a delegate of the AIEF in 2011.

The Police Department of Knoxville, Tennessee, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Sterling Owen, a former FBI agent, served as Chief of Knoxville Police Department between 2004 and 2011. Chief Owen attended a training in Israel with JINSA titled "Law Enforcement in the Era of Global Terror."

The Police Department of La Mesa, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Ed Aceves served as Chief of La Mesa Police Department between 2011 and 2014. Walter Vasquez has served as Chief of La Mesa Police Department since 2014. Chief Aceves attended a training in Israel with the ADL in 2013. Chief Vasquez attended the same training in Israel when he served as Assistant Chief of the San Diego Police Department. Chief Aceves is currently a Law Enforcement Liaison for a corporate firm.

The Sheriff's Office of Laramie County, Wyoming, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Danny L. Glick has served as Sheriff of Laramie County since 2002. Sheriff Glick attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program in June 2011. Sheriff  Glick is the Immediate Past President of the National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA). The NSA is a trade association that represents thousands of sheriffs, deputies and other public safety and law enforcement officers. The NSA offers police training and other services to these officials and builds networking relationships among local, state and federal law enforcement, in part to share homeland security programs and projects. One of the primary ways the NSA helps sheriffs' offices, departments and associations nationwide is to find and prepare applications for state and federal homeland security grant funding, one of the sources that provide funding for trainings in Israel to local, state and federal law enforcement and public agencies.

The Metropolitan Police Department of Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Joseph Chronister served as Chief of Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department between 2010 and 2015. Chief Chronister attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program in 2008. Police officials also attended a training in Israel with the ADL as delegates of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in September 2015.

The Sheriff's Department of Clark County in Las Vegas, Nevada, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Rod Jett served as Assistant Chief of the Clark County Sheriff's Department until 2010. Assistant Sheriff Jett attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program in 2005.
