The Police Department of Marblehead, Massachusetts, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Robert Picariello has served as Chief of Marblehead Police Department since 2007. Chief Picariello attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in November 2014. According to the Forward, Picariello praised the ADL after his training in Israel: “I’ve always had a tremendously positive relationship with the ADL. They have always been a great resource for us, a great partner." His training included meeting the Israel National Police, Palestinian Security Services, security experts, intelligence analysts and journalists.

The Sheriff's Office of Marshall County, Iowa, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Ted Kamatchus served as Sheriff of Marshall County between 1988 and 2017. Sheriff Kamatchus attended a training in Israel through AIPAC as a delegate of the AIEF. President Trump nominated him to become U.S. Marshal for Southern District of Iowa.

The State Police of Maryland is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Maryland State Police attended an ADL training as delegates of the Advanced Training School in Washington D.C., where they learned about “Israel’s best practices and lessons learned in fighting terrorism” from the Chief Superintendent of the Israel Police. Col. Hutchins served as Superintendent of the Maryland State Police between 2004 and 2007. Superintendent Hutchins attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program. Superintendent Hutchins was appointed as the Homeland Security Advisor to the Maryland Governor in 2015.

The Police Department of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Kenneth Greene has served as Chief of MBTA Police since 2014. Chief Greene attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in November 2014. The group toured Israel police districts, including meeting with police from the Palestinian Authority, and learned how shoppers are searched when entering a mall.

The State Police of Massachusetts is among the departments that have sent delegates to and hosted delegates from Israel. Frank Matthews served as Major of the Massachusetts State Police until 2015. Richard Prior served as Major of the Massachusetts State Police. Major Matthews attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in 2008. Major Prior attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in 2016. Major Matthews is the co-founder of Matthews & Matthews, LLC along with his brother Steve Matthews, also former MSP officer.

The Sheriff's Department of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Jim Pendergraph served as Sheriff of Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Department between 1994 and 2008. Sheriff Pendergraph attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program in 2004. Sheriff Pendergraph is currently a ‎Senior Law Enforcement Consultant at TASER International, now called Axon, which sells Tasers and other equipment to law enforcement. In May 2006, he became one of the nation's first sheriffs to join a pilot of the 287(g) program that allowed him to place county inmates into deportation proceedings.

The Police Department of Memphis, Tennessee, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Larry Goldwin served as Director of the Memphis Police Department between 2004 and 2011. Larry Godwin then served as Deputy Commissioner at the State of Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security between 2011 and 2016. Larry Goldwin attended a training in Israel as a delegate of the Homeland Security International Conference in 2010. Larry Godwin is credited with instituting the "Blue CRUSH" predictive policing system at the Memphis Police Department which targets high-crime "hotspots" resulting in increased policing of low-income communities of color.

The Police Department of Mesa, Arizona, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. George Gascn served as Chief of Mesa Police Department between 2006 and 2009. Chief Gascn attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in September 2008. Gascn became Chief of San Francisco Police Department in 2009. He was also the assistant chief of the Los Angeles Police Department and a key advisor to LAPD Chief William "Bill" Bratton. Gascn has served as San Francisco's District Attorney since 2011.

The Police Department of Miami, Florida, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Officials serving in the Miami Police Department attended a training in Israel with the AJC as delegates of Project Interchange in November 2009.

The State Police of Michigan is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Officials serving in the Michigan State Police attended a training in Israel with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit in 2017. The business-focused "five-day fact-finding mission" included presentations by Israeli private startups and representatives of the Israeli cybersecurity industry.
