The Police Department of Clayton, Missouri, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Kevin Murphy has served as Chief of Clayton Police Department since 2014, a position he currently remains in today. Chief Murphy attended a training in Israel in 2017 with the ADL as a delegate of their first regional Western States/St. Louis Counter-Terrorism Seminar, modeled after the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar. His training includes meetings with Israeli military commanders, members of the Israel National Police and the Palestinian Authority police, and also includes Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and a visit to the Israeli prison system.

The Police Department of Cleveland, Ohio, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Prioleau Green served as Deputy Chief of Cleveland Police Department. Deputy Chief Prioleau Green attended a training in Israel with JINSA in 2006 as a delegate of LEEP. Deputy Chief Green’s training also includes serving as a participant in the Second Fusion Centers Leadership Program (FCLP). FCLP is a five-day intensive program conducted at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security campus in Monterey, California for law enforcement officials from recognized state and major urban area fusion centers.

The Police Department of Colorado Springs, Colorado, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Rick Myers served as Chief of Colorado Springs Police Department between 2007 and 2011. Chief Myers attended a training in Israel with JINSA in June 2011 as a delegate of LEEP. He later became Chief of Newport News Police Department in Virginia in 2014, where he served until 2017. He is currently the Executive Director of the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA).

The State Patrol of Colorado is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. The Colorado State Patrol has sent at least 2 officials to train in Israel. James M. Wolfinbarger served as Chief of the Colorado State Patrol between 2009 and 2013. Scott Hernandez served as Chief of the Colorado State Patrol between 2013 and 2017. Chief Wolfinbarger attended a training in Israel in 2009 with the ADL as a delegate of the NCTS. Chief Hernandez attended an NCTS training in Israel with the ADL in 2015.

The Police Department of Commerce, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. John Gaissert served as Chief of Commerce Police Department between 2001 and 2015. Chief Gaissert attended a GILEE training in Israel, where he trained with the Israeli National Police and at Tel Aviv University. Chief Gaissert’s training also includes serving as a state certified police instructor, teaching both in the Georgia Regional Police Academies and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. He served as the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Officer for the Sheriff of Jackson County, Georgia, where he chaired the county Threat Assessment Committee. Chief Gaissert studied under Dr. Boaz Ganor, the founder & executive director of the Institute for Counter-Terrorism, Lauder School of Government, in Herziliya, Israel, where he was awarded the executive certification in counter-terrorism.

The Police Department of Conyers, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Jackie E. Dunn, Jr. serves as Captain of the Conyers Police Department. Captain Dunn, then-Lieutenant-Commander, attended a GILEE training in Israel in June 2010.

The Sheriff's Department of Cook County, Illinois, is among the departments that have hosted delegates from Israel. In 2014, representatives of Cook County Sheriff's Department attended a presentation by Israel Police Superintendent, Asa Gil-ad, sponsored by the ADL's Advanced Training School. The meeting was hosted by First Deputy Superintendent Alfonza Wysinger, a recent alumni of ADL's 2014 National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in Israel, on behalf of the Chicago Police Department.

The Police Department of Covington, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Over the years, the department has sent Stacy L. Cotton and Julian "Ken" Malcolm to a training in Israel. Stacy L. Cotton currently serves as Chief of Covington Police Department, a position he's held since 1997. Julian "Ken" Malcolm served as Captain of Covington Police Department, where he's served since 1986. Chief Cotton and Captain Malcolm attended a training in Israel sponsored by GILEE in 2001 and 2009, respectively. Chief Cotton was elected to the Executive Board of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police in 2004 as 4th Vice President, and was elected President from 2009-2010. Captain Malcolm teaches as a Professor in the Criminal Justice department at Georgia State University - Perimeter College in Decatur, Georgia.

The Police Department of Creve Coeur, Missouri, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Glenn Eidman served as Chief of Creve Coeur Police Department since 2008. Chief Eidman attended a privately-funded public training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of their first Western States/St. Louis Counter-Terrorism Seminar in 2017. Eidman’s training included meetings with Israeli military commanders, Israel National Police and the Palestinian Authority police. His training also included learning lessons from Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and the Israeli prison system.

The Police Department of Culver City in Los Angeles County, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Chris Gutierrez served as Assistant Chief of Culver City Police Department until 2016. Assistant Chief Chris Gutierrez attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter Terrorism Seminar in September 2014. His training included meetings with Israeli security and intelligence officials, including high-ranking officials in both the Israel National Police and Israeli military, and high-level briefings on counter-terrorism operations, border and airport security, managing access to holy sites, advanced policing technology, and the use of media.
