The Police Department of Memphis, Tennessee, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Larry Goldwin served as Director of the Memphis Police Department between 2004 and 2011. Larry Godwin then served as Deputy Commissioner at the State of Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security between 2011 and 2016. Larry Goldwin attended a training in Israel as a delegate of the Homeland Security International Conference in 2010. Larry Godwin is credited with instituting the "Blue CRUSH" predictive policing system at the Memphis Police Department which targets high-crime "hotspots" resulting in increased policing of low-income communities of color.

The Police Department of Mesa, Arizona, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. George Gascn served as Chief of Mesa Police Department between 2006 and 2009. Chief Gascn attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in September 2008. Gascn became Chief of San Francisco Police Department in 2009. He was also the assistant chief of the Los Angeles Police Department and a key advisor to LAPD Chief William "Bill" Bratton. Gascn has served as San Francisco's District Attorney since 2011.

The Police Department of Miami, Florida, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Officials serving in the Miami Police Department attended a training in Israel with the AJC as delegates of Project Interchange in November 2009.

The State Police of Michigan is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Officials serving in the Michigan State Police attended a training in Israel with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit in 2017. The business-focused "five-day fact-finding mission" included presentations by Israeli private startups and representatives of the Israeli cybersecurity industry.

The Police Department of Milton, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Deborah Harrell served as Chief of Milton Police Department between 2009 and 2014. Chief Harrell attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2012.

The Sheriff's Office of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. David A. Clarke, Jr. served as Sheriff of Milwaukee County between 2002 and 2017. Sheriff Clarke attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter Terrorism Seminar in April 2011. In 2015, Sheriff Clarke attended another training with the ADL as a delegate of the Advanced Training School in December 2015.

The Highway Patrol of Missouri is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel and use Israeli private-sector technology to crack into mobile phones.

The Police Department of Mobile, Alabama, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Phillip Garrett served as Chief of Mobile Police Department between 2006 and 2009. Chief Garrett attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter Terrorism Seminar in September 2008.

The Police Department of Monroe, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Keith Glass has served as Chief of Monroe Police Department since 2002. Chief Glass attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2012, serving as the leader of the delegation.

The Police Department of Montgomery County, Maryland, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Officials serving in the Montgomery County Police Department attended a training in Israel with the AJC as delegates of Project Interchange in 2010. Russell E. Hamill has served as Assistant Chief of the Montgomery County Police Department since 2007. Assistant Chief Hamill attended a training in Israel with the AJC as a delegate of Project Interchange in 2012. One of the training sites he visited was Megiddo Prison, where Israeli Prison Services have imprisoned child prisoners and administrative detainees, and contains a special section for isolation.
