The Police Department of Omaha, Nebraska, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Eric Buske served as Interim Chief and then Chief of the Omaha Police Department from 2008 to 2009. Chief Buske attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in September 2008. In his time in Omaha, he was known for creating and leading the "Weed and Seed Neighborhood Policing Team." Chief Eric Buske resigned in 2009 to become Chief of Bryan, Texas Police Department. He was a finalist for Lincoln, Nebraska Chief in 2016 but ultimately did not win.

The Sheriff's Department of Orange County, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Brad Virgoe served as Captain and led the Training Division of the Orange County Sheriff's Department until 2016. Captain Virgoe attended a training in Israel with the ADL. As of 2018, he is the Criminal Justice Academies Director at Santa Ana College.

In 2014, Captain Virgoe gave a presentation on the topic of "Cyber Threats" at a US-Israeli executive leadership program titled Merage Institute’s Business Leadership Training Program, where he was joined by speakers from the Israel National Police cybercrime unit, as well as high-ranking officials of the Israeli military and government.

The Sheriff's Office of Orange County, Florida, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Kevin Beary served as Sheriff of Orange County Sheriff's Office between 1993 and 2009. Chief Beary attended a training in Israel in August 2002. As of 2018, Beary is on the Board of Advisors of JINSA.

The State Police of Oregon is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Ron Ruecker served as Superintendent of the Oregon State Police between 1999 and 2006. Ruecker attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program in November 2005.

The Police Department of Orlando, Florida, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. John Mina has served as Chief of the Orlando Police Department since 2014. Chief Mina attended a training in Israel with the ADL in July 2016. He was criticized and there were calls for him to resign by different organizations after video emerged of an officer in the department kicking someone on the sidewalk. He is now running for Orange County Sheriff in 2018.

The Police Department of Overland Park, Kansas, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. John Douglass served as Chief of the Overland Park Police Department between 1995 and 2014. Chief John Douglass attended a training in Israel with the AJC as a delegate of Project Interchange in November 2009. Some of the training Chief John Douglass received includes a briefing on the "Israeli-Arab conflict" from former Israeli military intelligence spokesperson Miri Eisen, as well as trainings in airport security, terrorist financing, the effectiveness of the Separation Barrier, and protecting civil rights while combating terrorism amid the threat of "global jihad."

The Police Department of Peachtree City, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Stan Pye has served as a captain in the Peachtree City Police Department since 1997 and as Assistant Chief of Police since 2016. Assistant Chief Stan Pye attended a GILEE training in Israel in June 2018.

The Police Department of Pelham, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Nealie McCormick serves as Chief of the Pelham Police Department, and attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2018. He is currently a committee member on the Judicial Council of Georgia.

The State Police of Pennsylvania is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Over the years, the Pennsylvania State Police has sent several officers to train in Israel. Colonel Jeffrey B. Miller served as Commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police between 2003 and 2008. George L. Bivens was serving as Director of the Intelligence Division of the Pennsylvania State Police when he was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and appointed Director of the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in 2008. He was demoted in 2016 during a change in state leadership. John P. Lutz served as Homeland Security Liaison Officer in the Office of Domestic Security of the Pennsylvania State Police between at the time of the trip in 2006. He later served as the Director of the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. According to articles about the Israel program, John Rolfe served as Supervisor of the Hazardous Device and Explosives Section at the time of his trip.

The Police Department of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Over the years, the Philadelphia Police Department has sent several officers to train in Israel.

Captain Walt Smith and Officer Thomas J. Lynch attended a training in Israel with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia in February 2006. In addition, officials from the department attended a training in Israel in January 2003 titled "Law Enforcement in the Era of Global Terror." Smith served as Captain and Commanding Officer of the Homeland Security Unit of the Philadelphia Police Department at the time of the trip. As of 2018, he is the Commander of the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center, a fusion center that analyzes data and shares resources from public and private law enforcement and security agencies.
