The Police Department of Cheyenne, Wyoming, is among the departments that have participated in trainings with Israeli officials. Brian Kozak has been the Chief of Cheyenne Police Department since 2010. Under his leadership, Cheyenne Police Department officials attended a training in 2013 with the Chief Superintendent of the Israel Police in Washington D.C. as a delegate of the ADL's Advanced Training School.

The Police Department of Chicago, Illinois, is among the departments that have sent delegates to and hosted delegates from Israel. In January 2003, U.S. law enforcement officials from Chicago traveled to Israel to attend a meeting on "Law Enforcement in the Era of Global Terror," as part of JINSA's LEEP program.

The Chicago Police Education and Training Division in Chicago, Illinois, is a training center for police recruits in the Chicago Police Department that has hosted trainers from the Israel National Police. Mickey Levy served as Major General and former commander of the Jerusalem District Police, and General Simon Perry served in the Israeli National Police for 30 years, specializing in Intelligence Gathering and Operations. Major General Levy and General Perry traveled to the United States to train Chicago Police Department recruits at the Chicago Police Education and Training Division in June 2005.

The Police Department of Chula Vista, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. David Bejarano served as Chief of Chula Vista Police Department between 2009 and 2016. Chief Bejarano attended a training in Israel in June 2011 with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program. In 2015, he served as President of the California Police Chiefs Association, representing municipal police chiefs and their agencies across California.

The Police Department of Clayton County, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Gina V. Hawkins served as Deputy Chief of Clayton County Police Department between 2013 and 2017. Deputy Chief Hawkins attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2015. She now serves as the Chief of Fayetteville Police Department in North Carolina. In addition, Deputy Chief Hawkins is now on the GILEE Advisory Board.

The Police Department of Clayton, Missouri, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Kevin Murphy has served as Chief of Clayton Police Department since 2014, a position he currently remains in today. Chief Murphy attended a training in Israel in 2017 with the ADL as a delegate of their first regional Western States/St. Louis Counter-Terrorism Seminar, modeled after the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar. His training includes meetings with Israeli military commanders, members of the Israel National Police and the Palestinian Authority police, and also includes Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and a visit to the Israeli prison system.

The Police Department of Cleveland, Ohio, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Prioleau Green served as Deputy Chief of Cleveland Police Department. Deputy Chief Prioleau Green attended a training in Israel with JINSA in 2006 as a delegate of LEEP. Deputy Chief Green’s training also includes serving as a participant in the Second Fusion Centers Leadership Program (FCLP). FCLP is a five-day intensive program conducted at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security campus in Monterey, California for law enforcement officials from recognized state and major urban area fusion centers.

The Police Department of Colorado Springs, Colorado, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Rick Myers served as Chief of Colorado Springs Police Department between 2007 and 2011. Chief Myers attended a training in Israel with JINSA in June 2011 as a delegate of LEEP. He later became Chief of Newport News Police Department in Virginia in 2014, where he served until 2017. He is currently the Executive Director of the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA).

The State Patrol of Colorado is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. The Colorado State Patrol has sent at least 2 officials to train in Israel. James M. Wolfinbarger served as Chief of the Colorado State Patrol between 2009 and 2013. Scott Hernandez served as Chief of the Colorado State Patrol between 2013 and 2017. Chief Wolfinbarger attended a training in Israel in 2009 with the ADL as a delegate of the NCTS. Chief Hernandez attended an NCTS training in Israel with the ADL in 2015.

The Police Department of Commerce, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. John Gaissert served as Chief of Commerce Police Department between 2001 and 2015. Chief Gaissert attended a GILEE training in Israel, where he trained with the Israeli National Police and at Tel Aviv University. Chief Gaissert’s training also includes serving as a state certified police instructor, teaching both in the Georgia Regional Police Academies and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. He served as the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Officer for the Sheriff of Jackson County, Georgia, where he chaired the county Threat Assessment Committee. Chief Gaissert studied under Dr. Boaz Ganor, the founder & executive director of the Institute for Counter-Terrorism, Lauder School of Government, in Herziliya, Israel, where he was awarded the executive certification in counter-terrorism.
