The Police Department of Frontenac, Missouri, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Tom Becker serves as Chief of Frontenac Police Department, coming to the department after 21 years of FBI service. Chief Becker attended a training in Israel in 2017 with the ADL as a delegate of their first regional Western States/St. Louis Counter-Terrorism Seminar, modeled after the National Counter-Terrorism Seminar. Chief Becker's training includes meetings with Israeli military commanders, members of the Israel National Police and the Palestinian Authority police, and also includes Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and a visit to the Israeli prison system. He is on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Police Chiefs Charitable Foundation where he serves as a Regional Director.

The Sheriff's Department of Fulton County, Georgia is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Theodore Jackson has served as Sheriff of Fulton County Sheriff's Department since 2009, a position he filled after retiring from a 32-year career with the FBI. Sheriff Jackson attended a GILEE training in Israel in June 2010. His delegation also met with Home Depot co-founder and CEO, Bernie Marcus, a major funder of GILEE.

The Police Department of Gaithersburg, Maryland, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Mary Ann Viverette served as Chief of Gaithersburg Police Department between 1986 and 2007. Chief Viverette attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of their LEEP program in 2003. In 2005, Chief Viverette became the first woman president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the oldest and largest law enforcement organization in the world, with 20,000 members from 100 countries exchanging information on law enforcement training.

The Police Department of Garden Grove, California, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Joe Polisar served as Chief of Garden Grove Police Department between 1998 and 2010. Chief Polisar attended a training in Israel with JINSA as a delegate of the LEEP program. Joe Polisar’s training also includes serving as Chief of Albuquerque Police Department between 1977 and 1997, and as the President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Polisar served as a commissioner for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) from 2005 to 2011. CALEA is the “gold standard” accrediting body for police agencies, training academies, communications centers and campus public safety agencies across North America, and establishes the standards that they must meet for accreditation. He now sits on JINSA's Board of Advisors.

The Police Department of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Teresa Crocker served as Chief and Director of Security of the Georgia Tech Police Department between 2002 and 2015. Chief Crocker attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2008.

The Police Department of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Joseph Spillane has served as Chief since 2016. Chief Spillane, then-Deputy Chief of Atlanta Police Department, attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2015.

The Police Department of Glouceseter, Massachusetts, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Len Campanello served as Chief of Gloucester Police Department between 2012 and 2016. Chief Campanello attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter Terrorism Seminar in November 2014. His training included meetings with Israeli security and intelligence officials, including high-ranking officials in both the Israel National Police and Israeli military, and high-level briefings on "counter-terrorism operations, border and airport security, managing access to holy sites, advanced policing technology, and the use of media."

The Police Department of Glynn County Schools is a public school district serving over 12,000 students in eleven elementary schools, four middle schools, and two high schools in Glynn County, Georgia. The Glynn County Schools Police Department is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Rodney "Rod" Ellis has served as Chief of Glynn County Schools Police Department since 2008. Chief Ellis attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2013.

The Police Department of Green Bay, Wisconsin, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Jim Arts served as Chief of Green Bay Police Department until 2012. Chief Arts attended a training in Israel with the ADL as a delegate of the National Counter Terrorism Seminar in September 2008. With his experience as Chief, he was hired as the Director of Security of the Tennessee Titans where he served from 2012 - 2017.

The Police Department of Gwinnett County, Georgia, is among the departments that have sent delegates to Israel. Butch Ayers has served as Chief of Gwinnett Police Department since 2014. Chief Ayers attended a GILEE training in Israel in June 2017. Mindy Bayreuther served as Assistant Chief of Gwinnett Police Department. Assistant Chief Bayreuther attended a GILEE training in Israel in 2016.
