Lawrence Police Department

The Police Department of Lawrence, Kansas, was trained by Ed Davis, the former Boston Police Commissioner who participated in a mission to further collaboration between the Israel National Police (INP) and the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) Palestinian Security Services (PSS). The Lawrence Police Department paid $14,000 to Edward Davis, LLC, for a 3 1/2 day training. Edward Davis, LLC, is a private security consulting firm founded by former Commissioner Davis. The private security firm works with federal, state and local law enforcement and military officers.

Lieutenant Stephen Ahearn, Deputy Superintendent and Tactical Operations Commander for the Cambridge Police Department, is a Senior Trainer at Edward Davis, LLC. He also attended a training in Israel representing the Cambridge Police Department.
